WSAL indoor soccer is back!
The season will run on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning September 8 & 10 with the wrap up on February 25th.
We will have two divisions - the open tier (Wednesdays & Fridays) and the O35 tier (Fridays).
Total fees will be $2400 per team.
WSAL has decided to cap teams with 8 for the O35 tier and 12 for the open tier.
The O35 tier will remain unchanged, and all 8 teams will play round robin up to playoffs.
The open tier we will be split into two divisions based on the 2019-2020 season. They will
play round robin for 5 weeks then the top two and bottom two in each tier will move either up
or down respectively. (This will be discussed further at the captains meeting)
To avoid bye weeks, we will not be accepting an odd number of teams.
Players looking for a team should email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know, division you will play in, age, position played and contact info- we will distribute this information to teams looking for players.
If you are in need of a player or players - contact the board at email@example.com with what position you are needing and we will pass on the player information we have.
Registration for indoor 2021-2022
-Begins on August 4th at 8 AM and will end on August 11th at 11:59 PM - Emails sent prior to this set time will not be accepted.
-To register A deposit of $500 per team must be e-transferred to firstname.lastname@example.org.
-Include team name in the comment section of the e-transfer and make the password your team’s name.
-Each team will receive an email back, confirming receipt of the e-transfer and confirming registration. - A team will not be considered registered without the deposit and confirmation email from the WSAL board.
-Registration will occur on a first come first served basis and are capped as outlined above.
A captains meeting is scheduled for September 2nd, at 6:30 pm at the Servus Soccer Centre Lounge. A member of each registered team must be in attendance.
The AGM is scheduled for October 6th at 6:30 pm at the Servus Soccer Centre Lounge. There are a number of positions on the board open. Please consider joining our board. More info on that to follow.
