Keeps whole team organised - so the parent group know when where and what time players need to be at any time of the season.
Co-ordinates travel arrangements as and when required - car pooling arrangements or hotels and etc. for travel tournaments.
Organise parent meetings to keep all parents aware of things that are going to be happening.
Pass along to parent group any Board or Coach communications.
BINGO REP
The team bingo contact person is the individual who will send out information in regards to Reduced Fee Bingos available and Club Bingo dates that are required to be filled.
MEDIA REP
The Media volunteer is responsible to track stats at games or tournaments and send the information to the LFC Program Director so that it can be printed in the local newspaper. This gives LFC the opportunity to promote our club through our activities.
EQUIPMENT REP
Jerseys, benches, first aid equipment all need to be picked up from the LFC Equipment Manager by this team equipment volunteer. This equipment is brought to each game. Each team will be required to sign out their equipment and then sign them back in at the end of the season.
FUNDRAISING REP
The team may want to discuss fundraising opportunities for the team fund. There are fundraising requirements for all LFC Fundraising for the club and individual teams that must be approved by the LFC Fundraiser Manager. Fundraising money is to be used for team meals, help cover costs of team travel, fundraising will NOT be approved for parties. This volunteer coordinates all fundraising activities for the team and tracks amounts raised by individual players. Fundraising money must be turned into the office, a receipt must be presented and approved to be re-imbursed the fundraising money. It is important that funds raised throughout the year are used by the time the end of the season approaches as no funds will be refunded or carried over to the next season. Any monies not used will be absorbed into the LFC.
