Lethbridge Soccer Association Request Policy - Revised Feb 2008

REQUESTS - Revised for 2008

 If a special request is needed:

All requests have a NON-REFUNDABLE $20 charge.

All requests must be submitted before Monday, March 31, 2009.

-If request is to play with another participant, request form must be signed by both families.

-No fee required for family members to play on same team. Request must be made in person; NO online request will be accepted. 

Special Requests must be submitted with payment to the Lethbridge Soccer Association office.  (2501 28 Avenue South). 

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request but we still cannot guarantee the request.
